Experience the majestic feeling of reaching the summit cross on Patscherkofel and enjoy many nearby peak tours like Vigarspitz, Neunerspitz, Sonnenspitz, Glungezer, or take on a via ferrata. Be rewarded with panoramic views over the Inn and Wipp valleys and the stunning backdrop of the Karwendel and Stubai Alps.
The seven-kilometer-long Zirbenweg trail above Innsbruck is a beautiful high-altitude hike for the whole family. Take in the natural beauty along this almost flat path, which takes about two and a half hours, past centuries-old Swiss stone pines on a section of the Tyrolean Eagle Walk.
The Alpine School Innsbruck offers free guided hikes with a sense of adventure along the Zirbenweg, Speckbacherweg, or around Patscherkofel throughout the summer – even at sunrise or with lanterns and music.
